     Ms. Sharon Morrow serves as the Assistant to the Director for the Department of the Army Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) where she is responsible for workforce development for Army’s Small Business Professional and Mentor-Protégé Program and serves as the Small Business Liaison for the Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs.

Ms. Morrow’s federal career began as a Junior Fellow at Fleet Material Support Office (FMSO), Mechanicsburg, PA, where she wrote computer programs for the Inventory Control Points (ICPs) for the Naval Supply System. After graduation from Pennsylvania State University (PSU), she served as a Supply Officer in the U.S. Navy and Naval Reserves. Her military career provided an understanding of a high operational tempo (OPTEMPO) and what it is like to be at the receiving end of a long supply chain for supplies and services. After completing six years of active duty, Ms. Morrow became a small business owner as a Financial Advisor providing guidance, planning and advice to individuals and small business owners about cash flow planning, investment planning, retirement planning, risk management, tax planning, estate planning and business continuity planning.
